I hired Rick to do repairs on a rental home I own in Puyallup. I live out of state and was a bit skeptical when i first spoke to him, but boy am i glad i went with Rick at 1st Rate Construction. I met Rick and his wife late in 2017 while working with them in a real estate transaction. Since then I have called on Rick to help when I have a listing that needs attention after a buyer has their inspection. He has been super helpful in times of need, and I wanted make sure he was recognized for the great guy he is. Around the holidays, we had a bathtub not draining so I called Rick and asked for advice. My roof is leaking which is stressful enough and then when I call this company because someone said they are great and the answered the phone all rude and told me that they are too busy to even talk to me. You are running a business at least have some tact. I hope your work is better than your customer service. Disgraceful!
