Needed a replacement after a few years of just "riding it out," called around got qoutes and 1st Quality had the best price around by a long shot! Service was quick and straightforward aftercare. The team there really does care about their ethic and prices. Also had another, newer, car worked on and the price for that was amazing compared to others around and especially the dealership. Will be referring others to 1st Quality Glass!
I have had windshields replaced in our Motorhome as well as our regular vehicles. 1st Quality Glass has always been prompt, very helpful and professional. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them.
We contacted them on 5/26 for a special glass replacement on our RV. They came for the estimate a couple days later. They ordered the glass. A guy arrived to do the install on 6/4, but it wasn't fitting right so he said he would go to the shop to make an adjustment and return. He didn't return or call. Next day we called for an update and no one knew anything but said they would ask others and let us know. They never called back. Today Scott came out from 1st Quality Glass to replace a bedroom window that had a broken seal. He did an amazing job and left everything spotless! Reasonable price for a large low-E window as well. Thank you!
