Called multiple times, they answered once and hung up after 10 seconds. They are 24/7 but don’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give zero stars if possible. Update, yes legitimate complaint

*Too long, didn't read: ensure they accept your form of payment before attempting to pick up your vehicle from impound. Some transactions require cash.* The employees are very professional and mostly informative about the process when your vehicle is impounded at this location. I am astonished with the way the I was treated by this company. I have NEVER left a google review in my life. My brother was in a car accident this morning, the cop order a tow for him. The towing company, 1st priority was 2 minutes down the road. Perfect! Well, they charged 275$ for a two minute tow… that’s okay….
