Called multiple times, they answered once and hung up after 10 seconds. They are 24/7 but don’t answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give zero stars if possible. Update, yes legitimate complaint

*Too long, didn't read: ensure they accept your form of payment before attempting to pick up your vehicle from impound.
