I had the displeasure of buying my most recent home through 1st place realty . the owner was extremely difficult to deal with, the most unprofessional, sneaky, dishonest person I have ever dealt with. This was supposed to be an exciting experience and she has completely ruined it with her horrendous attitude. She refused to be accommodating when it came to my final inspection, forcing me to sign a contact without final inspection, as any dates and times I requested were "inconvenient" for her.
