UPDATE: ALICE YOU DID NOT GET CONSENT FROM MY HUSBAND AND I TO SHARE CONTACT DETAILS, DONT LIE. Also please ask the owners to collect the full bucket of water from the roof space that was collecting water from a LEAK THAT WASNT DISCLOSED. I wouldn’t recommend Alice unless you are happy for your private contact information to be shared with family of sellers without your consent because she can’t be bothered dealing with issues that fall under her job description. I had the displeasure of buying my most recent home through 1st place realty . the owner was extremely difficult to deal with, the most unprofessional, sneaky, dishonest person I have ever dealt with. This was supposed to be an exciting experience and she has completely ruined it with her horrendous attitude. She refused to be accommodating when it came to my final inspection, forcing me to sign a contact without final inspection, as any dates and times I requested were "inconvenient" for her.
