Honest, helpful and communication and flexibility is A1. Alice assisted me in purchasing a property sight unseen in Falcon, WA. Extremely honest about the property that gave me the confidence to pull the trigger. All communications were clear and were extremely patient and quick to respond to any enquiries/ contracts. She even helped me measure up the Kitchen! Great to work with. would definitely reach out if in need of further real estate assistance.
0 stars After promising to present an offer, asked for funds in account proof which no agency asks or even legally allowed to ask. Confirmed that the offer will be okay to buy and afterwards she started an auction on the property without any correspondence. Why not just be honest first time round. She was very very rude on the phone calls but we were patient and spoke back nicely. Horrible greedy agent

Alice was great! She spared no effort or time to sell our house, securing a price far above our expectations and securing a buyer within a week.
