I've been a tenant for over three years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been disappointing. Maintenance has usually been responsive in the past, but when it came to replacing an extremely outdated refrigerator (mine is practically from the Stone Age), Bryan from management outright rejected the request — despite it being clearly overdue.
