Mr. Juarez and his staff took great care of my Mercedes E300. Took it to the dealer for a deep scratch and the dealer wanted $1400 and then took it next door to Impact and they wanted $750. Mr. Juarez quoted me $450 and promised that he could complete the repair as it had never been scratched. They never answer the phone and work with insurance to deny VALID claims.
I pulled up. And the guy told me he would be with me in a second. He took pictures of the car and that was it. He was a really nice guy. And it was a really fast process
