The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout. The repairs were done quickly and with great attention to detail—my car looks as good as new! Highly recommend their services.
Mr. Juarez and his staff took great care of my Mercedes E300. Took it to the dealer for a deep scratch and the dealer wanted $1400 and then took it next door to Impact and they wanted $750. Mr. Juarez quoted me $450 and promised that he could complete the repair as it had never been scratched. They never answer the phone and work with insurance to deny VALID claims.
I pulled up. And the guy told me he would be with me in a second. He took pictures of the car and that was it. He was a really nice guy. And it was a really fast process
