I took my dog in for his eye. They only had 1 doctor available so we had to wait 6 hours to be seen due to more urgent cases. I don’t mind waiting, but for an Emergency hospital I can’t understand why there would only be 1 doctor. The front office had to constantly remind the doctor that we were there. When we finally got ahold of the doctor we were done within minutes. He told me that my dog was in a lot of pain due to an ulcer. Outstanding from start to finish. Quick check in and check out - I've always been taken to a room quickly and I love the check out done in the room to reduce anxiety or tension at the front desk. Extremely friendly service, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I've always had a great experience here. I highly recommend! My puppy was all happy tail wags!
Everyone was friendly and helpful. The vet took her time to explain everything and give us a solid treatment plan for our heart patient pup. The facility is modern and clean, the front desk staff seems friendly with one another and with their clients. I dont get the sense that they are understaffed like many vet clinics are these days.
Came with my little pup that was having gastrointestinal issues, which had persisted for a couple of days already. Sat for two and half hours and left as my regular vet was opening at the time. It seemed like nobody was in the building, doctor or clients, and while I was told the vets were switching from night to day shift, I still sat and waited. Almost fell asleep in the exam room. At about 8am, I got up and left and got my dog to her regular vet where she got the treatment she needed.
Bre was amazing from start to finish. We had to take my cat Gerald in late at night. She answered all my questions before I even got there. Every single staff member I encountered was so nice and friendly.
