Care is always great and exceeds expectations. We appreciate everyone being patient and understanding to our pups needs.Dr. Venable always takes the time to explain matters and is very thorough. A special shout out to Lisa specializing in rehabilitation! She too is patient, kind and knowledgeable. We have really enjoyed our visits and the yummy treats.
You guys are always awesome and we love Dr Venable. She is always so thorough and patient and knowledgeable and has great rapport. Dr Venable. They are amazing, they all took such good care of my elderly dog. Very professional and kind. I noticed they are employee owned, that's got to be the difference. Highly recommend
1st Pet took very good care of our 14 year old Maltese. They have great customer and were extremely quick at getting her in twice in one day (once as an emergency at 4am). We are extremely grateful that she has made a full recovery and is back to her normal self again. Thank you!
