I love this vet. My late cat Natalie had previous vets that were mediocre and her one emergency visit cost 4k for a UTI at a different office. When I was on LOA from a tragic accident I was in they helped me greatly by reducing the cost of the vet bills bc I wasn't able to care for my cat and myself medically if they hadn't. It wasn't a agreement we made together it was a agreement they made to each other and I felt the benefit of it. It was excellent. The only negative was we were left in the exam room for about a half hour waiting for the person to bring us our bill so we could pay. I know she was busy , but this could be fixed so the client doesn't have to wait so long once the session is over. Great attitudes and treated us and our dog well.
We received excellent care from the moment we called on the phone. Warm greeting when we arrived, immediate rooming, staff checking on us regularly, clear open communication through out, and reasonable pricing for the situation.
I always love and appreciate the care the staff and vets give my fur kids.
I have used 1st Pet veterinary for several years with my previous pets. We experienced very compassionate care for my 14 y old Shiloh, experiencing heart failure. The treatment was effective for him to comfortably live out the rest of his time. 1st Pet helped us greatly with our rescue border collie, Daisy, who needed emergency surgery for an obstruction.
