Lance called 30 min prior to arriving on the agreed date and was very professional and personable upon arrival. He and an associate got right to work and my windshield looks great! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the replacement before leaving. Both gentleman were also very gracious with 2 of my very curious boys who got in their way a few times. Great experience, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
