What a nightmare. First time seller and I didn't know what I was doing. But oh boy I learned alot. The best lessons are the most expensive ones right? I thought the buyer was supposed to pay all the closing cost. Nope I paid every cent. They let the buyer rip me off for 1500, I paid back the earnest money twice,I don't even think they read the purchase agreement, in fact the person that bought my house wasn't even on the purchase agreement I signed. Terrible services and extremely slow at responses. We closed our transaction over a month a go, multiple emails and follow ups and we are still waiting on a response from them. Hopefully this review will help us get our closing docs sent over to us. Apparently our borrower have not received their funds either.
I will NEVER use them again. I have had several experiences with title companies and this is a new low. Through their failures they created a problem with the title transfer that until corrected will prevent selling the house. I have been trying to get this corrected for months and it is not getting any better. In retort to their response, this was in fact approved by their underwriters and it did close but they failed to file the necessary supporting documents with the county.
