I had a wonderful experience visiting 1st Option Care Residential. I could feel the sense of comfort throughout the home. And the fact that the space was spotless and beautifully maintained is such a bonus! I also met with Ms. Mary and she was the highlight of my visit. Her dedication to the residents is evident in the way she interacts with them. It combines professionalism with such a strong sense of family. I would confidently recommend this home to anyone looking for exceptional, compassionate care.

A few days ago, I went to go check in on my nephew in this facility after my brother left him there a couple of weeks ago. I decided to go there unannounced because we have had issues with other special needs homes which made us hesitant to find another one but this place blew my mind!
