Positives: Works quickly and does an excellent job. This is why I put up with the negatives. Negatives: She comes across as angry and impatient. She does not like people. The final straw was when she totally went off on my daughter. I won’t go into details, but it was bad.
LADIES! Please do your research your nail techs before booking!!! It could save you money, and the abuse. I was unfortunately one of the same people that booked without reading all these reviews. Best in Nashville!
I came here twice and both experiences were horrible and borderline abusive. Selena is rude and at times aggressive during her services. Do yourself a solid and go somewhere else.
It genuinely hurts to even rate Selena 1 star. I came here based off of her instagram account and I truly wish I would have looked more into her before booking. This is hands down the most entitled, incompetent nail tech I have ever came in contact with. I am never confrontational nor do I ever usually speak up for myself but I am leaving this review to beware other future customers because frankly, this nail tech shouldn’t have any clients.
