We recently applied for, and obtained a Heloc through 1st Mid. Our experience was amazing! There was seamless communication throughout and it made the entire process a breeze. Amber Miller Branch Manager-Decatur was available through text message any time of day and promptly answered all of my questions. I cannot speak highly enough of her politeness and professionalism. Overall a fantastic experience!
