Very friendly,
I have never had an issue with this staff until today. I had a horrible racist experience. The manager and the teller Brianne left me sitting at the window for over 15 mins while helping every other person but me. Every person was white, by time I came in to be helped they’re rude trying to dismiss why they’re ignoring me. It may have been a mistake but to only help all the white people and leave the only black person unattended is unacceptable, especially after me and my family being a member at this bank for over 10+ years... read more
Friendly staff
Yesterday on 3/4/2026, around 2pm-ish I was calling about an issue with my credit card that turned out to be my fault. But that’s besides the point, the lady that was helping me at first when I called was very RUDE, she was both aggressive and passively aggressive and she kept getting smart with me. Unnecessary charges/fees, inconsistent enforcement of fees, more fees, not very convenient, more fees, etc. This is being money hungry and I've banked with them for over 10 years. They’ve also taken over $700 out of my account in ‘error’ before. So definitely pay attention to your accounts. This latest $5 fee is it for me. I DO NOT recommend them.
