Do not use this company!!! They admitted to forgetting to mail me a hard copy of my sleep apnea results. When the test was first ordered, there was a glitch in my insurance and I had to chase this company and the doctor just to get the test initiated. It is now 2 months from the time the test has been ordered and I still dont have a copy of the results and have not spoken to or heard from the doctor. If I could give the company a zero I would. We had purchased an imogen 5 Portable oxygen concentrator. We were not given all details about the machine despite asking as many questions as we could think of. The answers that we did receive were not complete answers. For example, when asked the question "Is the machine refundable?." Answer was "Oh Yes It is." The salesmen neglected to say that there was a 25 percent restocking fee. That amounts to over $500.00.
