I have assisted several relatives move to adult family homes and or nursing homes. To do this I reviewed and visited many facilities. 1st Line Adult Family Home (AFH) met all our family expectations. The staff are very supportive and caring of the residents which ensures their safety.The AFH is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The manager and staff regularly communicate with us about our family member. I would readily recommend 1st Line AFH to others.
My brother suffered a major stroke 2.5 years ago, and needed to be placed in an adult care home after initial recovery. 1st Line stood out for many reasons in our selection process, one of them being that Ted and TG live upstairs and could be counted on to be there night and day. 1st Line is run amazingly well, and my brother has had top-notch care and attention to his needs. The place is bright, clean, and friendly. I recommend 1st Line very highly to anyone who needs a facility like this for a loved one!
My family and I are deeply grateful for the team at 1st Line. They took great care of my dad from his first day until his last. We recommend them for their easy to access location, newer facilities, and responsive and engaged care team.
I highly recommend 1st Line Adult Family Home. It is run by a husband and wife team who live upstairs. Ted is a CNA and TG is an RN. They have a wonderful, inviting, and clean facility with air conditioning and an air filtering system. Ted, TG, and the staff they hire are very compassionate people. They are very responsive to all the needs of the residents. One day I went there to visit my sister and Ted was rubbing lotion into my sister’s feet.
