Efficient and professional
Working with 1st Line 1st Aid has been an excellent experience. They have always provided high quality training with a level of care that is above and beyond. I cannot think of hiring anyone else for my company's 1st Aid training.
Steve was professional and very informative. He used visual aids and word pictures to teach our class. He was great to answer questions completely. I have anxiety and he put me at ease.
Spokane County Risk Management has used 1st Line 1st Aid for many years for the County's First Aid/CPR/AED training needs. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and engaging. We always hear positive feedback from the employees who take the classes and we typically have at least 12 classes a year where 1st Line 1st Aid instructors come to our location with class sizes usually ranging from 10-25, though some of our classes can get up to 35 depending on room size.
