1st Impressions created a beautiful paver patio for me, that I love. The installers were amazing and went above and beyond to create an amazing patio for me. The landscaping end was disappointing as 50% of what was installed failed, and even though the warranty initially replaced one failed shrub, it failed as well. Subsequently, communication with this company became spotty and I now assume that they are unwilling to continue to work with me as emails have been ignored. Very disappointed! Won't return. We've worked with them for years; however after a friend's experience...won't. Our friend went for a load of dirt. The backhoe driver ruined his truck. While waiting on insurance claim, our friend asked 1st Impressions to still get the dirt. They wanted to charge him $125 delivery fee (3 miles) & cost of dirt. Really?
Kyler and his crew did a great job for us and showed concern for our wishes throughout the entire process. Equipment failure dogged them and the job took longer than anticipated, but they handled it all like pros.
Very nice nursery and great place for bulk mulch,stone and soil. super friendly staff as well. So glad I stopped after driving by so many times over the years!
Always friendly and professional staff. They have a variety to offer for your landscaping and agricultural needs. I discard my yard waste there for a very reasonable price.
