Dean and 1st Impressions have always done great for our family. John F. Just did a Gazebo for us. And he went the extra mile to make it blend in . And look better then what I could of imagined! He does great work. Plus going to the same school with one of the owners was another good reason. Plus I believe in doing local businesses.

This mowing, trimming and grass removal from the sidewalks is always subpar. They mow entirely too fast, leaving long swaths of uncut grass. They only trim occasionally and always leave excess grass on the sidewalks. Their snow removal also isn’t very good. They put too much salt down and put it in places that snow never reaches, causing a mess. Contacting their representative isn’t very helpful either. I would pass on this company.

We usually travel and cut down our own tree because we get them 13 feet+ tall. I called First Impressions this year and they had just gotten in their trees and said they had some 13 footers. We went over and got one. So pleased. It looks great. Staff was helpful and the trees looked so nice. Fist time getting a precut- Success!! Thank you Wagner's!!
