I had 1st Impressions install a 6 tree apple orchard at my house as a surprise for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. From start to finish, they nailed it! I contacted them and they gave me the price for the trees initially. After talking with their team, it made more sense to have the experts install it. We are absolutely blown away by how nice our paver patio turned out. it's solidly built and beautifully designed. The attention to detail, materials quality, and addition of landscaping has turned our backyard from a drab space to the place the entire family wants to hang out. We love it and recommend 1st Impressions to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living space.
I am not sure why the public believes this business is a private landscaping company but it is NOT! I buy from here because I support local businesses and I get quality service. They sell healthy plants that are not over priced, and have the best soil mixes. If you work at Astemo, you get a 10% discount as well
We’ve bought several plants from 1st Impressions in the past and have always been happy, but recently we purchased several yards of mulch for a project and were blown away. Their mulch is gorgeous—dark, finely shredded, and excellent quality for the price. The customer service is truly top-notch. We stopped by twice in one day, and the third time we called ahead because we knew we’d be pulling in just a few minutes before closing for a brush dump and one last yard of mulch. 1st Impressions created a beautiful paver patio for me, that I love. The installers were amazing and went above and beyond to create an amazing patio for me. The landscaping end was disappointing as 50% of what was installed failed, and even though the warranty initially replaced one failed shrub, it failed as well. Subsequently, communication with this company became spotty and I now assume that they are unwilling to continue to work with me as emails have been ignored.
