I live up in the Sierras and my dentist is in San Jose. Unfortunately I had a crown come off and gave 1st Impressions a call and they got me in the same day! Well let me say, I was absolutely blown away. The facility is sparkling clean, fully modern with state of the art equipment, and a super friendly staff. My dental needs were not simple and required a bunch of paper work to put it all together so I could see the treatment plan and costs. Well organized, well run practice. Dr. Russell is a top notch Dentist. The office can do almost anything needed "in house" . I look forward to seeing Kim my hygienist regularly. Her and Dr. Russell give me every confidence in their work. They have gone out of their way to see that I am informed. The Best. Highly recommend Dr. Russell and his office. Thanks to them all.
As much as I resisted, anguished over and dreaded the dental visits most of my life, I am now appreciative of the care Dr. Russell and his office have given me at 80 yrs and am looking forward to the scheduled visits to continue and improve my dental health until 90 years old! Leroy
