The team at 1st was extremely quick and were able to provide me quote for a new water heater over the phone. They got out same day and replaced my water heater within a couple hours. Ryan was very helpful on site with being clear on the work being done and what was going on with the system. He also provided me a good report of the work in order to submit my rebate request for my DTE home protection plan.
He went above and beyond to help us. Showed us what he was doing and felt very comfortable with him. Great attitudes
Ryan scheduled my appt and Chris was outstanding with my furnace and a couple of other questions my tenant had. He was patient and went the extra mile to make sure everything was working well for her! 1st heating and cooling is the absolute best.
