Great people and a really good doctor! The office staff, especially Lyanne & Jeanie, are always very polite, pleasant, and professional. I'm impressed!
I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at 1st Health Clinic. I came in as an elderly woman simply seeking care and respect, and instead I was met with complete rudeness by a staff member named Jeanie. She was cold, dismissive, and treated me like I was a burden rather than a patient. At one point, I even caught her rolling her eyes at me, completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I will NEVERRRRR go back to the Ennis location the young lady in the front desk on Saturday was so rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for a long time to be seen and every time I asked for an update on how much longer she got bothered, she has no people skills and seemed to not care at all of anything besides being on her cellphone. I am sorry but if you have a stinky attitude why are you even there. I will definetly be finding another provider.
