I went in and asked for a trim and to be relayered with shorter layers for long hair for volume. I have done it to myself for the last 5 years as it’s a pretty simple cut but my hair has gotten very long and could not longer do it my self. I asked for 1/2-1 inch cut off the total length. She cut 5 INCHES OFF MY HAIR LENGTH. ‘It’s damaged’ is what she said. Very disappointing experience. First, the seat wasn’t cleaned before my one-year-old sat down—there was a lot of hair left behind, which was very unhygienic. Second, the barber had a rude attitude. I simply asked for a trim for my child, and he repeatedly said, “Are you a barber?” in a mocking tone, right to my face. Completely unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent haircut. I requested a 1/2 inch trim, but both stylists were distracted by another customer and ended up ruining my hair. The result is uneven and much shorter than I wanted. I didn't speak up at the time, but after hearing my family's feedback, I feel compelled to share my experience. It's essential for stylists to respect their customers and focus on their work. I'm heartbroken over how my hair turned out.

My 5 year old got his hair cut. His hair is crazy to cut he has all types of cow licks and his head is busy. The man that cut his hair seemed to be the owner and he was a great host. A 5 year old isn’t exactly still but he was patient. And worked a piece of art with my sons hair. Masterful job best hair cut we have gotten him 20/10 would recommend
