They probably have a serious issue with management people. The chemical they use might be working but they’re not leveraging it due to poor management. I paid for the entire year and this is the outcome. 1. they wont visit my place unless I call them. I called them and they make up excuses of not visiting till it got worse enough that I couldn’t stand. They visited my place immediately after I called them, meaning they just forgot about it. 2.
