Our AC unit’s capacitor went out over the weekend. Called 1st Gen Monday morning and Eric came out diagnosed the issue and provided reasonably priced options. By mid morning, our house was cool again. Very respectful, thorough, and professional. I would recommend Eric and 1st Gen if you’re having any sort of AC issues.
We used 1st Gen to service our a/c unit and clean out our dryer vent. They were prompt and affordable. Eric was our technician. He is very professional and helpful. He also found a problem with our duct work from when the house was built. We were wondering why part of our house never really got cool. I would recommend this company. We had 1st Gen out a 2nd time. Fast Service & Great work! We needed a HVAC technician to come out after hours. Eric called under an hour and came out to service our unit. He was honest and polite he did what he could to keep us comfortable for the weekend. We did end up having to get a new unit. Eric was able to get us an estimate in a timely manner.
