Reached out for a second opinion because the company that installed our unit supposedly found over $2,000 worth of repairs on our 3-year-old ac unit. They were out here the same day I made the call, the parts that needed replaced were under warranty, so for 1/4 of the price we have ac again! I loved how thorough our tec was and will definitely be using 1st Gen in the future!

Mr. Domínguez came out promptly and deligently checked everything until he finally found a short as the bundle of wires went into the outside brick wall, it was very hard to get to but he found where friction had worn through the coating and wire and fixed it for a reasonable price, saving us thousands. This was after the first company I called, who was not here nearly as long, had told me we needed a new unit Thank you so much 1st Gen!!!

Several from my neighborhood use this company. So I gave them a try. They showed up to our home within 30 min! Issue was resolved quickly! Highly recommend Eric & his team!

Omg… my husband and I read so many of the reviews on 1st Gen Heating And Air company. And today, we had the pleasure of meeting Eric, the owner; because our AC needed servicing. All the reviews are true. He was very professional, educated, and also taught me a thing or two about AC units. My husband said, “he’s our hvac go to guy, moving forward.” And note: the prices are reasonable for good quality work. Thank you Eric, for servicing & fixing our AC unit.
