Highly recommend Eric and 1st Gen Heating and Air. He is very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Great customer service! (He even wears shoe covers when he enters your home. I really appreciate that.) He came out the same day I called him and fixed my issues with the ac . If you're looking for a honest, and reasonably priced company call him you won't be disappointed.
Really impressive services. I called about my AC unit blowing warm air and within 15 minutes I had a representative come to the house and assess the situation. Very quick diagnosis of the issue and fixed it in less than an hour. Very happy with today's visit. I definitely recommend them!
Texas is known for it's terrible heat in the summer-and some businesses take advantage, and over charge. 1st Gen Heating & Air-have client friendly pricing and handle work professionally with a strong sense of urgency. I had 2 issues with my unit-Eric showed up and within 2hrs my AC was working just fine. If you want to support local business that value customer service this should be your choice. 5
Loved the service! I awoken to a broken AC unit! This company was available to come out right away - didn’t take long to repair the unit. I definitely recommend!
