Fast Service & Great work! We needed a HVAC technician to come out after hours. Eric called under an hour and came out to service our unit. He was honest and polite he did what he could to keep us comfortable for the weekend. We did end up having to get a new unit. Eric was able to get us an estimate in a timely manner. I called 1st Gen on a Wednesday of the 4th of July weekend. Eric answered and helped me diagnose some of my DIY efforts. When we ran through the same checks, he said he could be here to check it out in person. We concluded it was the compressor unit that failed. He checked the warranty on it had it on Thursday and was ready to work on the holiday. He has over 15years of experience and demonstrated an honest professionalism i genuinely appreciate. Wow! So many great things to say about Eric and his company 1stGen! I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend them to all in the area. My go to AC company was booked and couldn’t get to me for a week so I saw the great reviews online for him, called him, and I'm so glad I did. He got to me so fast and in the same day!
