I went in to pay on my loan and Princess Winston was so helpful. She took my payment, and helped me set up my online account. Great service, professional, and courteous. Definitely recommend 1st Franklin Financial Update: I visited the Meridian MS branch of 1st Franklin Finance today, October 16,2025, and received excellent service once again from Princess Winston. I definitely recommend this location and hope you will ask for Princess.
