They made the whole loan process so easy for me. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I really appreciate how helpful and friendly they were. I’d definitely use them again if I ever need another loan.
The ladies in the office were professional and very friendly. I went in the office at about 1:00pm and they closed at 1:30pm this particular day but they don't make feel as if I was stopping them from leaving for the day. I will definitely recommend this office to family and friends.
The reason why I’m not pleased is because I paid off one loan went back and took out another one had major surgery and wanted to continue to pay so I went through NDR to pay back yall knew it and four months later took out a summons lied and said I was serve in August 2024 which I wasn’t and tried to have my check garnished. Added on about 6,000 more dollars to the loan which I’ve got to pay back, took and ran my credit two days straight like you didn’t know where I was to drop my credit score.
