Their customer service is atrocious. I asked about a service fee that was added to my account she explained. I told her to process the payment explaining that I would not have had the charge had they let me pay out the loan last month like I intended to. Next thing I know I'm speaking with the male manager. Asked if I could post a complaint for basically being hung up on or just passed along to someone else.
