The ladies at this location (11310 Memorial Pkwy SW) are the most pleasant, punctual and attentive. It was a pleasure to interact and do business with them.
They was real helpful and understanding if anyone needs any type of loan I highly recommend coming to 1st Franklin
When I applied, I had some old issues show up and was informed it would not be approved but then Alex spoke to the Manager, Ashley, and she was able to approve my loan. These ladies have no idea how much they blessed me today.
