There very unprofessional. They will blow your phone up when you are one or two days late for your loan payment but will not call you back at all when it comes refinancing your loan. They gave me the run all day and said they would call me back and never did.
Sara Dunn has been THE BEST PERSON EVER to help me with my situation. She was very understanding and broke down everything in terms I could actually understand!! She was so truthful with me and I love that! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 1000/10 DEFINITELY would RECOMMEND !!!!!! Don’t walk RUN !
As always the staff are always nice. They always welcome you as you come in and explain everything that I need to know Christy is the bomb. I have been coming there for a minute and never had a bad experience.
I was told I would receive a call back within 1 hr 1/2, well I was called back within minutes. Smooth and fast process, Audrey was super fantastic and willing help in any way she could. Very informative!
