Do NOT give these people a title to anything. I took out a loan years ago and paid it off. I never received my title in the mail. I called and asked about it and I was told by Chad that they would mail it out. I waited 3 weeks, called back again. He said he would have to look for it and NEVER told me I had to contact the DMV. He said he could not find it in my file. I told him then he needs to find it and get it to me. Never got it and never heard back from him.
