You apply for a loan, receive a call back from an associate in the office who asks you to unfreeze your equifax credit to have your credit pulled, after doing that inform them that you have and wait for a call back only to find yourself waiting for days and having to call the office back yourself to inquire on the approval of your loan to be told that they cannot help you.
