Price has doubled in the last 2 years. No longer viable for a family holiday.
Can fix things properly. Slow to respond to requests. Finance management is questionable - they over charge for everything.
To say I’m disappointed with this company is an understatement disgusted would be more appropriate. We rented a villa through VRBO and it was managed by 1st for Orlando, the property itself was disgraceful to the point of dilapidation. We arrived to a flooded games room with stagnant water leaving a pungent smell throughout the property, the kitchen was lined with grease cups, glasses and cupboards all needed to be cleaned before use with remnants of mouldy food in the draws.
