My family and I were able to purchase our first home! I should have read the bad reviews before even trying to contact this place. Carlos seemed to be nice in the beginning Of our conversation but then, when he knew my situation, along with my partners situation, his tone of voice changed, and he had like this demeanor of not even caring anymore. Almost as if he only cares about making money, rather than helping someone get into a home. I can not say enough about how amazing 1st Florida lending is! Jose, Mari and Carlos are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and keep their word! Our lender Jose walked us through the entire process while also educating us about the home buying process and informed us about what to expect and how to research things like interest rstes nationally and how to properly read our disclosures and ask any questions we have.
