Patrick Joyce is thee most disrespectful, unorganized and incompetent person I’ve ever worked with! He fraudulently charged me 2 points on my loan that I NEVER agreed to!!!!! He also was extremely rude and combative when I asked questions and continued to make mistakes such as my name spelling to the purchase property address….
