Fast and yet their attention to detail is perfect. The entire crew is very professional, highly experienced, and willing to answer questions and talk to customers while working. Pricing was affordable and flexible. If you have trouble reaching them by phone it's because they are so good the entire valley is calling them. I won't go to anyone else for my AC. So impressed by this company! Have gone through so many HVAC companies in the area that show up late, don’t show up, and not professional…but definitely not 1st Express! They were extremely professional from the very beginning and did an outstanding job in addition to having very good prices. I have already referred them to numerous friends and will continue to do so. Victor and his crew were top notch!
