Great help. A/C went down and had Victor come by and give me a second opinion. Previous tech from other company wanted me to purchase a new a/c unit. When Victor came by from 1st express he explained what he was doing every step of the way. At the end he said it was just a bad capacitor. A/C is now functioning and he was able to save me thousands. Extremely greatful for the great customer service and honesty. Will do business with them again!!!!
Technician Victor was very knowledgeable and courteous. He repaired my mini split unit very quickly. Wil definitely recommend their services to friends and family.
