I had a really disappointing experience with 1st Electrical UK. From the very beginning, communication was terrible. They gave me a vague time slot, and when no one showed up, I had to chase them multiple times just to get an update. When the electrician finally arrived, he seemed rushed and unprepared, leaving the job half-done. Stefan provided prompt and professional service during an emergency call-out. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a dangerous fault in the kitchen that required rewiring, a conclusion that was different from a previous electrician's assessment. Stefan was incredibly thorough, explaining the issue and even providing video evidence of the fault so that I could understand the problem and research it myself.
