Called 1st due to troubleshoot and repair our hvac system. They came out in inclement weather and troubleshot the issue. The next day they returned on time to finish the job. They went above and beyond to repair our leaking coils, when other companies probably just would have tried to sell us a new unit. From initial call to completion the customer service was great. Our technician (shoutout JD) was professional, friendly, and skilled.
I’m a repeat customer of 1st Due Solutions. Ray is a top-tier HVAC expert; he’s patient to explain the mechanics to a non-expert and fast at providing results. These good reviews are real!
The whole process took a little longer than we thought, but we both had to make changes on install and issues with it being an older house and the fact that the house was being renovated. Ray put in some long days trying to get everything done. All in all we are happy with the price and the install.

I needed a heating unit serviced due to an abnormal sound that it was making. It is an older model that I’m hoping I won’t have to replace soon. 1st Due was prompt, honest and reasonably priced. They said that despite its age they will be able to work on it. We agreed to a service contract and they will be returning service the AC side in the spring. I would highly recommend 1st Due for HVAC needs.
