In July 2023 I requalified as an ADI again and had loads of issues finding a suitable tuition car. I contacted Shiraz and he was really helpful and I had a car within 3 days! I had initially planned to have the car for a short time but ended up having it for a full year, with absolutely 0 issues. Everything the car needed, from services to tyres, it was done without any hassle. I found sheraz from ist dual control very kind, welcoming person.i had searched around before contacting him. His lease procedure was straight, easy and economical than most of the big companies. Very easy to get hold of him 8f you have any questions or issues regarding the car. I am still with him and definitely recommend his company for you to consider when it comes to hire/ lease out a new car for ab affordable price.

Too rude - I have tried on calling their number mentioned on website 0800 061 4777 asking for car hire for my test but as soon as I said this on call they had disconnected my call, I thought it might be accidental and tried couple of time more but each time once call receive and you inquire they don’t give proper answer and disconnect your call, if you don’t provide car for test then why it’s mentioned on your website and on option 2 in IVR as well, remove it straight away and be polite with customer. Contacted as my own car broke down and needed to continue working, was able to get a car sorted and back on the road for my business as a driving instructor. Communication was spot on and would recommend if needed to get out of a situation like mine.

I would highly recommend Shiraz for your dual controlled hire car needs. The car itself was extremely clean and well maintained, so a joy to drive. The prices are very fair and the communication excellent. Thanks Shiraz, won't hesitate to use again in the future!
