I'm a regular at the shop in Park gate and Mike is always a pleasure to deal with. very helpful when I've had issues with my pool and I never feel the hard sell. I would and will be returning when I meet more chemicals or advice.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Phoned up for a part at 1pm on the Friday before a bank holiday weekend and in less than 12 hours it was delivered. Very impressed, thank you 🤩
Not impressed. Friendly, but customer service was not looking out for the customer. Purchased 6 CERTIKIN PU2 lights at a cost of £1800. Wired them in to find only 2 worked. Immediately sent them back to CERTIKIN who said they have blown and therefore not under warranty. First Direct pools were not the slightest bit on my side. I am not even sure they emailed them. These lights have LED inserts in them costing circa £10. The other £290 is for the stainless body. I even offered to fix them if they could provide the part but no... read more
Corina was so helpful and informative. We saw Hannah last time and the team here just want you to enjoy your hot tub. They have absolutely everything here that you could possibly need and are happy to spend time explaining and suggesting ways to improve how you run your tub. So lucky to have them on our doorstep just outside Shaftesbury.
