Not impressed. Friendly, but customer service was not looking out for the customer. Purchased 6 CERTIKIN PU2 lights at a cost of £1800. Wired them in to find only 2 worked. Immediately sent them back to CERTIKIN who said they have blown and therefore not under warranty. First Direct pools were not the slightest bit on my side. I am not even sure they emailed them. Corina was so helpful and informative. We saw Hannah last time and the team here just want you to enjoy your hot tub. They have absolutely everything here that you could possibly need and are happy to spend time explaining and suggesting ways to improve how you run your tub. So lucky to have them on our doorstep just outside Shaftesbury.
My item was delivered the next day. However some fixing bolts were missing so I telephoned customer services who were helpful. The missing bolts arrived the next norning. The only downside was that the parcel was labelled to a random company but was able to be delvered to us as the address was correct and our Postman asked if it was ours. It seems a common theme that more attention to labelling parcels would improve the overall service.
Terrible service, faulty pump delivered with our lazyspa...10 days after purchase, was told to go through warranty!! Sales person sounded like a robot, repeating the same thing, I can't help you, manager never returned our call...you wouldn't expect to purchase a brand new faulty toaster, return to to the shop to be told, you need to contact Swann...you'd expect (by law) to be given a replacement!! Nope...disgusting service...£100's of goods, sat in the garden having set up and used once....unbelievable that this company fee... read more
Good online service, quick order turnaround. Let down by really poor customer service. Unable to distinguish between shipping and payment address.
