They “installed” two air conditioning systems. They charged me top dollar for the LEAST energy efficient models and then installed them incorrectly using the wrong attachment hoses and not properly even attaching them causing leaking. When I contacted them their response was that they’re no longer in business. This place is a fraud. Do not use them.

Joe at 1st Degree is the man! He always gets back to me quickly and answers my never ending questions. He comes out ASAP and take care of my issues and does it at a very reasonable price. He doesnt push things you dont need and lets you know exactly whats wrong and how he can fix it. When he can he will even give you advice on how to care for little things yourself because he truly cares about his clients more then getting rich off them. I will always use 1st Degree for all my HVAC needs

Great service at a reasonable price. Mr. Ecklin, the owner, made sure to come check my HVAC unit the same morning I called him. He got it running again smoothly with about a couple of hours. I’m sure I’ll have to replace this unit before Fall due to a leak in the evaporation coils. However, his temporary repair will extend the life a couple of more months while I get ready to replace it. Thank you Joe! I highly recommend this business.

I thought i needed a repair, but Joe quickly identified i just needed a minor and affordable tune up. I have used them in the past for repairs too, fast/good/affordable. Will use them for years to come and recommend him to anyone.
