My bank, Shore Community Bank in Ocean County, was sold to 1st Constitution and, while most of my banking routine has remained the same, the personal and helpful touches are no longer a part of the business. Shore Community would automatically deduct the annual cost of my safe deposit box from my checking account. 1st Constitution mails me a bill requiring me to mail a check back and pay the postage. I find it disgusting they make the oldest person at one branch work the most. Someone with underlining health conditions and now is told she has to work her shift and another persons because they might have been exposed to the virus. The manager told her to eat her lunch at her desk because there is no time for a lunch break! With the virus going around this is highly unsafe! If you wouldn’t want your family member eating at their desk how is it fair for this employee??? Every branch is so understaffed it’s ridiculous!!!!!!
