Every time I go there to deposit my check it takes 20 -30 min, they only have 1 maybe 2 people working the drive thru and every lane has a car in it. my wife has a business account and she cant use her business debit card anywhere. she has went up there to have it fixed several times and it just becomes a waist of time. she has had a business account for a good while now and cant even use her business card she has to go withdraw money every time she needs something.
Don’t use this credit union! They will cheat you out of money! They are very rude and no help! Avoid this credit union!
Anytime you call in and request a call back or they tell you they will call you back, they won’t. Lol it’s a joke on how much they change their tellers out, I barely recognize anyone. Trying to close out my account, told I can’t since they are doing some kind of conversion... soon as that’s done. I’m closing my account there ASAP. I won’t be banking here again.
We were over drafted, then we paid it and put an extra 10$ in our account, 1st community decided to take that extra 10$ and transfer it to our auto loan for no reason and with no notice. Our auto loan payment is due the 15th of every month and had already been paid and they still made that transfer on the 27th. Then we got over drafted the 3$ for their service fee. Since the update, my direct deposit has been late (not available until after 9 am) and they didn't even put it in the right accounts! Have a portion go to my savings and they put it all in my checking. Never had an issue until this update.....hope they get it straightened out!
All I wanna do is log on and check my account every now and then. Not jump through a million hoops to achieve this. I get disabled because this sight seems to change every time I turn around........not happy.....,
