The staff is very helpful and friendly. Their app makes managing your financial affairs very easy (transfers, debit card locking, tagging transactions, filtering transactions, getting help, ...)
If you co-sign on a loan, they don’t notify the co-signer of any late payments and will turn it over to the credit bureau and reduce your credit score. The feedback I received is “you signed as responsible party and you can call in for an update or as the person for their login information “. When I signed up over 5 years ago they told me I had protection against overdraft. Now they have charged me 100$ in overdraft fees over the course of one week and when I asked them why they couldn't stop the transaction they said I have to pay 20 for them to stop it. UW actually cares and protects against this, has tap, and doesnt have an outdated system. Rylee is awesome! Had a couple things I needed taken care of and she made the process QUICK, EASY, and resolved my issues. She is a great member of the team at 1st CCU and does a great job.
