Real bad agency.irresponsible agency ever and make tenant more trouble
I would never recommend this Agency , over a year no routine inspections, when tenants break the lease no vacate or entry was done for our new tenants. Texts , calls , emails are not answered. We were paying for service which we never received. At the date when Marylin or Michelle were supposed to send all the documents to the new agency as the termination notice has been sentto them giving 28 days notice , guess what ? We bought our house from Mel at 1st Coast Real Estate, as we were living interstate at the time, we decided to use them as our property team (given such a positive experience we had with Mel). What a huge mistake that turned out to be, no inspections done, correspondence not answered, and they stuffed up our lease so we get no property rent increases for the whole year. I dont even want to rate 1 star... It has been 1 month since we vacated the apartment we rent from 1st Coast Real Estate, they said they are waiting for the approval from owner to release our bond, I didn’t see any rationale for this issue. Also, they didn’t give any further reply on the problem even we wrote 2 emails to ask about progress. We have reported your unreasonable behaviour to the Bonds Admin Commerce WA, waiting for their interference.
