they're nothing but crooks they tow two vehicles they charge me $426 for one and $497 for the other and they didn't tell me that I had 7 days to get it out but I went to go get it out they didn't Jack it up $2,000 almost they're not and they won't even let me get my personal stuff out of my vehicle they're crooks the criminals they need to be shut down and Mr Farrell you talk to him on Friday so he'll call you back in the afternoon and he never calls you back he's a crook too
RecommendedWhen the front of our car was demolished by a deer running across A1A midday we were not hurt but totally devastated. That is before Ronnie Panke at First Coast told us that our 2008 diesel Mercedes was reparable and at a reasonable rate. We thank him for the manner in which he repeatedly kept us informed as to the stages of repair. The biggest delay for a car 12 years old was in obtaining the parts. Can not say enough good things about these guys. Everyone was super nice and they even opened on their day off to let us pick up our car. Their work was amazing and their customer service was outstanding. Could not be any happier with this experience.
