This guy answered and is very informative
They had my genorac portable generator for 18 months. Couldn't fix it. I couldn't get a response from them I had them bring my back. Then took it to Ronnies small engine on sunbeam road. They had it running in 30 days. Props to Ronnies

Company took $14,000+ for the purchase and instillation of a generator in July 2024. Cannot get a hold of them, they do not call back when you leave a voicemail. Cannot get an instillation date. Will be getting a lawyer involved if we get no response in the next couple weeks. EDIT: We have put in a complaint with the Attorney General.
DO NOT USE…it appears we are not the only ones this guy has cheated!!! Gave a $5000 deposit in October 2024 and cannot get any response even after he agreed to a refund!!! It’s a shame Steve and Ashley Steen thinks it’s ok to just take people’s hard earned money and not deliver a product or refund a deposit for services NEVER rendered!!! Cannot believe I am having to take him to court!!!!!
