This is a terrible company. They only care about lining their pockets with money. I purchased a home from them a year ago and they lied and colluded just to sell me a home with the most profit. I have rusted pipes, noisy dirty neighbors, and I was put in a dangerous neighborhood and declining neighborhood that would be impossible for me to immediately sale and purchase something different.
