Not a great experience. Made an appointment, got email confirmation, and showed up for appointment, and they didn't have me in the system. And they will not take you without a referral even if your insurance is a PPO. Even though they don't mention this when you make an appointment. I mean it's like they don't want your business. Fix your systems please.
absolutely disgusted by the lack of care for their patients. I have been coming here 3 times a week for 3 weeks now while my husband does PT. the leading practitioner sits in his chair on his phone and never checks on the patients.. instead has an assistant do all the “work”. they do not care about the progress of their patients nor do they put any effort into the recovery of their clients. they have them do the exact same exercise week after week. and even sometimes having him do the same exercise twice in a day with some i... read more
I wouldn’t recommend coming here until there’s a new Physical therapist. I’m not one to leave bad reviews on any businesses whatsoever as I own multiple businesses myself. The therapist doesn’t care- heard him basically talking about a new job. But this comes down to someone’s livelihood. Bad reviews at restaurants are one thing people can can move on with their lives but this is my livelihood as I’m basically trying to walk again and not have arthritis when I’m 40 years old. It felt very impersonal. I was there for over an hour and only did three stretches. Was mostly waiting for them
I love this place. Will be returning back soon
