I have my best experience with this office, Luba rom front desk is very professional and friendly, physical therapist Max has variety of treatments and exercises, physical therapist Daniel absolutely talented and doing amazing job. Assistant is very nice and helpful. I started to fill better after first visit. Hardly recommend this office for everyone!
I WAS A PATIENT AT FIRST CLASS A FEW YEARS AGO WAS HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE PHYSICAL THERAPY DOCTOR. THE TURN OFF IS THE ARGUEMENTIVE RECEPTIONIST. SHE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I AM SURE MANY PATIENTS WERE TURNED OF AND WENT OTHER PLACES. I TRIED EXPLAINING TO HER I DO NOT HAVE A MEDICARE CARD MY UHC IS MY ONLY INSUREANCE I SAID CALL MY INSURANCE AND THEY CAN EXPLAIN MY COVERAGE. SHE SAID I HAVE TO HAVE A MEDICARE CARD.
