Sneha is a fabulous PT. I like understanding the why and how of my injury/recovery and she thoroughly educated me. Beyond that, she and the staff are personable and have great bedside manner.
Sneha, her team and I have been working towards 6 months of recovery after having surgery done to repair my shoulder’s torn labrum. I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice. The staff is dedicated to helping you and learn what you can do at home to continue improving. They are very friendly, kind and accepting. I’m going to miss hanging around once I’m all healed.
First Class Therapy is the best clinic in Lower Manhattan for all your physical therapy needs. Having worked previously with Dr. Sneha, she truly has been an excellent physical therapist, closely helping to rehabilitate me back to full health. Dr. Sneha is very professional and clearly knows what is best for getting you back on your feet. Shout out to her assistant Ritchy for providing great care and attention in assisting my medical recovery. Truly an excellent clinic to go to, if you seek professional medical care.

Why schedule an appointment for your client at 9 am when there is no one in office until 9: 15? This is my first visit and I arrived 15 minutes early just like a new patient would. The office was closed and since it’s in an office building, there is no seating area, no nothing. I tried reaching to them by phone and ofc nobody answered. Now, my session is supposed to be from 9 - 9:45. As I’m posting this at 9:15, no one has came. So unprofessional and disrespectful!!!!
