They are thief’s and a rip off. Don’t send anything into them to sell.
Sold inferior product. Zen- 0 by GCE. Had multiple issues their only suggestion was spend more money to upgrade to another brand. Now they will not correct their problem and buy back this unit because it was GCE. Seems they want the customer who they sold GCE units to, to correct their problem. They did not stand behind the products they sold. If you decided you could not afford to upgrade they just wait for customer to pass and refuse to buy back. How cruel and morbid. Collin Grimes was very helpful, polite, and informative. He went out of his way to be sure I got all the paperwork I needed for my records. My machine was shipped very fast and works perfect.
Collin Grimes is THE best advocate for people who need or want an Arya Portable Oxygen Concentrator (POC). I started with the Arya P5 & recently upgraded to the Q. Both are great machines, however I find the Q much more user friendly, & highly recommend the Q over the P5.
