Richard is very professional on the phone, explains what he does and how he does it and it shows! My black Mercedes had water spots all over it and I tried other detail shops and they could not get the job done. Richard was able to get them out and make my car shine better then it did when it was new. I was blown away, it did not even look like my car because of how deep and wet it looked.
